Pariksha Pe Charcha is an annual event hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India,
Aimed at engaging with students, teachers, and parents to offer insights on how to approach board exams with minimal stress. The seventh edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was held on January 29, 2024, and over 2 crore students registered for the event.
During the live session, PM Modi urged students to compete with themselves, not others, and adapt and thrive under pressure. The program aims to create an inclusive environment that celebrates and encourages the unique bringing together students, parents, teachers, and society. The event was broadcast on radio channels and web-streamed on the websites of PMO, the Ministry of Education, Doordarshan, MyGov.in, and the YouTube channel of the Ministry of Education (MoE).
Based on the quality of the questions, approximately 2,050 participants were selected and presented with a Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024 kit, which included an Exam Warriors book in Hindi and English authored by Prime Minister Modi, along with a certificate. Students were encouraged to submit questions on the MyGov portal, and approximately 4000 students were anticipated to participate in the event.
